David Bowie performed at the New World Music Theatre in Tinley Park, Illinois, on 1 October 1995, as part of the Outside Tour.
He had previously performed at the venue on 15 and 16 June 1990 during the Sound+Vision Tour. He returned for a final time on 8 August 2002 for the Heathen Tour, by which time it was known as the Tweeter Center.
