David Bowie performed at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia, on 24 August 1983.
This was the first of two consecutive nights at the venue, which Bowie visited as part of his Serious Moonlight Tour
Bowie had previously performed at the Norfolk Scope on 7 July 1974 during the Diamond Dogs Tour, and on on 12 March 1976 during the Isolar Tour.
