David Bowie performed at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia, on 12 March 1976, during the Isolar Tour.
Bowie had previously performed at the Norfolk Scope on 7 July 1974 during the Diamond Dogs Tour. He returned on 24 and 25 August 1983 during the Serious Moonlight Tour.
