David Bowie performed at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, on 19 July 1990, as part of the Sound+Vision Tour.
This was the 73rd date of the tour, which began on 4 March in Quebec City, and the second of two consecutive nights in Columbia.
Bowie’s guitarist was Adrian Belew, who was also the musical director. Erdal Kızılçay played bass guitar, Rick Fox was on keyboards, and Michael Hodges was on drums.
