Prior to the Glass Spider Tour, David Bowie undertook nine promotional press shows. The last was at Amsterdam’s Paradiso on 30 March 1987.
Bowie performed ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Day-In Day-Out’, and took questions from the press.
His band members for the press shows were Carlos Alomar and Peter Frampton on guitar, Richard Cottle on keyboards, Carmine Rojas on bass guitar, and Alan Childs on drums.
Bowie returned to the Paradiso with Tin Machine on 24 June 1989, and for a solo show on 10 June 1997 for the Earthling Tour.
