David Bowie and the Spiders From Mars performed at Detroit’s Masonic Temple on 1 March 1973.
It was the 99th date of the Ziggy Stardust tour, which had begun on 29 January 1972.
Bowie played another show at the Masonic Temple on the following night. The support act for both nights was Fumble.
These were Bowie’s only solo shows at the venue, but he returned there with Iggy Pop during the Idiot Tour on 25 and 26 March 1977.
