David Bowie and the Spiders From Mars performed at Manchester’s Hardrock Concert Theatre on 28 December 1972.
There was a second show at the Hardrock on 29 December, Bowie’s last of the year. On both nights the support acts were Stealers Wheel and Fumble.
This was the 85th date of the Ziggy Stardust tour, which had begun on 29 January 1972.
The Hardrock closed in October 1975. The Ziggy Stardust Tour had previously called at the venue on 2 and 3 September 1972.
