David Bowie performed at the Three Tuns pub in Beckenham on 11 January 1970.
This was his 30th appearance at the pub. In 1969 he had co-founded Growth – the Beckenham Arts Lab, which took place every Sunday and occasionally weekday nights at the Three Tuns.
