Tin Machine performed at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby on 17 November 1991.
This show was originally scheduled for 14 November, but was postponed to this date. It was the 30th night of the It’s My Life Tour, which began on 5 October 1991 in Milan. The tour had previously called at the Tower Theater on 15 November.
Tin Machine were David Bowie on vocals, guitar, and saxophone, Reeves Gabrels on guitar and vocals, Tony Sales on bass guitar and vocals, and Hunt Sales on drums and vocals. They were joined on this tour by Eric Schermerhorn on rhythm guitar and vocals.
Bowie performed his own shows at the Tower during the Ziggy Stardust Tour on 30 November and 1 and 2 December 1972, and 16, 17, 18, and 19 February 1973.
During the Diamond Dogs Tour, Bowie performed at the venue on 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 July 1974. All but the last date were recorded, and released as the David Live album later that year.
On 19 March 1977 Bowie performed there during Iggy Pop’s The Idiot Tour.
